Our brief was to gain exposure during The London Paris 2013 challenge event, to maximize B2B networking opportunities and increase brand awareness.
Aspire worked closely with CycloSure securing them as Official Insurance Partner and Ride Captain sponsor for this tough endurance road race with 450 amateur cyclists and 200 crew. Activities included key communications, branded flags at start and finish on each day, stand presence at sign on, exclusive participants email pre-event, coverage on The London Paris 2013 website and team entry to the event itself. CycloSure Team achieved credibility with a team win and podium position in Paris. Medals were presented by Triple Crown Winner Stephen Roche and former F1 World Champion Nigel Mansell. CycloSure’s Jimmy Wilson wore the Yellow Jersey on Stage 2. Throughout the event the team forged new B2B partnerships whilst in the saddle and provided relevant top-quality content for CycloSure’s social media channels and blog. Eye-catching branded-bottle display and marquee at sign on in addition to the team triumph resulted in valuable exposure on the sportive’s 30min Eurosport programme.
