Motive8 is a well established brand which has expanded over the last 17 years. It was time for a refresh to bring together the 4 divisions with a fresh look as well as set out simple guidelines for its growing team.
It was vital that we did this in collaboration with the separate business units to clarify the overriding vision of the business as a whole. We needed to collate the various brand assets and present them within one clear, engaging document.
We made this document simple, clear and effective, using it as a strategic tool for employee engagement and brand buy-in. We worked with our associate designer to create a 30-page document covering visions, marketing and social tools for each business division in its own right. We then delivered the result to all employees to help them understand the company as a whole and each business division. We also used the brand guidelines as a tool to excite employees about the future of the company and their role within it.
Founded in 1998, motive8 started life as a specialist Personal Training Company. In 2015, motive8 is now a multi-faceted health & fitness consultancy operating across three main areas of the industry; Gym & Spa Design, Personal Training and Sports Coaching for children.
