Our role was to create an event to introduce X-POLE to the UK health & fitness media. We worked to promote Pole Fitness in a positive light, negating stigma previously associated with this activity. We aimed to gain coverage that credits X-POLE and utilises imagery and video from the event.
We designed an event that would tick multiple boxes for the client. An opportunity for media to try Pole & Aerial Fitness and/or watch demos and interview the ambassadors. Since ambassadors were coming from all over Europe, X-POLE utilised the event to invite their wider community for taster workshops. Press materials were created to give media technical information and also a breakdown of fitness benefits. We brought partners on board to supply product for the goodie bags and also refreshments and snacks on the day – Pop Chips, Bounce Energy Balls, Little Miracles. We invited a targeted media list to secure coverage in the right places.
